Turning One Business Into Three
One Plumber. Three Brands. Three Websites.
RPM Plumbers — Rooter & Plumbing Masters — is a full-service plumbing company based in Montebello, California, serving customers across Los Angeles County. Founded by Josh Rodarte, an experienced plumber and veteran, RPM built a reputation for reliable, around-the-clock service across a wide range of plumbing needs. As the business grew, Josh recognized an opportunity to carve out dedicated brands for two of his most in-demand specializations — repiping and water heater service. Alkalyne handled the web design and development for RPM's redesigned site, then built Repipe Once and Water Heater Genius from the ground up — logos, brand identities, and fully developed websites for each.
A Redesign Built for Growth
The RPM Plumbers website needed a refresh — something that reflected the professionalism and reliability of the business and made it easy for customers across Los Angeles County to find the services they needed and get in touch. We redesigned and rebuilt the site with a clean, service-focused layout that puts the right information in front of the right visitor without getting in the way.
A Specialist Brand for a Specialist Service
Repiping is a significant job that homeowners don't take lightly — and a generalist plumbing website isn't always the right tool to convert that kind of lead. Repipe Once was built as a dedicated brand for exactly that service. We developed the logo, established the visual identity, and built the website from scratch — giving this specialized offering its own presence and its own path to conversion.
A Brand With Personality
Water Heater Genius called for something with a bit more character — a brand that could stand out in a crowded service category and be genuinely memorable. We developed the logo, designed a custom mascot to accompany it, and built the full website from scratch. The mascot gives the brand a personality that's rare in the home services space — approachable, confident, and impossible to forget.
Make it beautiful.
Then make it real.
