Questions We Hear All the Time
Do I need to have a clear idea of what I want before reaching out?
Not at all — in fact some of the best projects start with nothing more than a general sense of direction. Part of our discovery process is helping you articulate what you want. The more you can share about your business, your audience, and your instincts the better, but you don’t need a finished creative brief to get started.
How many logo concepts will I receive?
The number of initial concepts depends on the scope of your project. We typically present between three and five directions for you to respond to — enough to give you real options without overwhelming the decision. The right number for your project will be established upfront so you know exactly what to expect.
How many revisions are included?
Revision rounds are scoped per project. Some projects include a fixed number of revision rounds and others include unlimited revisions — it depends on the scope and budget we agree on at the start. Either way the number is always established clearly before work begins so there are no surprises.
What file formats will I receive when the project is complete?
You’ll receive your final files in every format you’re likely to need — typically vector formats like AI and EPS for print and production use, PDF for sharing and proofing, and PNG or SVG for web and digital use. If you need something specific we’ll make sure it’s included.
Can you design packaging if I don't have a die line?
Packaging design works best when a die line already exists — either provided by you or sourced from your packaging producer. Creating entirely new packaging structures from scratch involves significant production costs that go beyond design fees. If you already have a packaging format you’re working with, we can design artwork that fits it perfectly. If you’re starting from scratch, we’d recommend connecting with a packaging producer first to establish the structure before bringing us in for the design.
