I redesigned Full Scale's website to display contact info front and center, along with calls to action to help generate more leads from website visitors.
I also integrated reviews from Google, Yelp and Facebook to display on their Home page, allowing potential customers to read testimonials about Full Scale's work.
Additionally, I included links and images of work done by Full Scale that was featured in a few online publications, reinforcing the reputation that Full Scale has built among the hot rodding community for being a top-tier restoration and customization shop.
To document the work that Full Scale does for their clients, I visited their shop once a week and photograph the various projects in progress. I also record Troy, the owner of Full Scale, speaking about the details of each project and the work involved. I then transcribe those recordings and create blog posts with that information and the photos I've taken.
I've scheduled blog posts to automatically publish twice a week, and as those posts are published, the Project section of their Home page automatically updates to show the most recent project posts. Aside from the project posts, there are additional galleries on the site that display photos beyond what are shown in each project post. Circling back to automation, I also handle the scheduling of posts on Instagram and Facebook for Full Scale that document their work and refer to the posts on their website. Social media posts automatically publish themselves three times a week.
When I relocated in 2021, I was no longer able to make trips out to Full Scale to continue updating their blog and Instagram posts on a regular basis.
